Requirements	are listed below. Please refer to the requirements relative to your application.
	Those stated are the usual minimum requirements to apply for a visa. The embassy can vary these on any application at their discretion. Travel arrangements should not be confirmed until a visa is obtained. If requirements call for sight of tickets or evidence of confirmed travel plans and/or hotel booking, do ensure that you will be able to obtain a visa before you commit to travel expenses.

Processing Time	Orders received by 4.30pm will normally secure next day lodgement. Same day lodgements are always available by arrangement. Completed orders are normally dispatched on the same day they are collected from the embassy.

	Some embassies accept only postal orders in payment of their fees and costs for poundage are then incurred. On certain applications and for some nationalities the embassy add an additional fee, which is charged at cost. Tourist visa

Passport/s		valid for minimum of SIX months beyond intended stay and containing at least TWO facing blank pages.
We can process routine or urgent* passport applications, renewals, name change on marriage etc. and (if needed) 2nd passports.*
Form/s	1	application form/s per traveller. Ensure all questions are answered and the form is signed.
Photo/s	1	passport size photo/s per traveller - on photographic paper. Laser prints or photocopies not acceptable.
An official or recent (i.e less than three months old) letter from the employer/school certifying continued employment/ studies upon return to the U.K. + last three payslips (as well as the employers passport if working for a private household). If self-employed, a letter from a solicitor, accountant or bank manager confirming self-employment.
If the applicant is not working/studying, a recent letter from the spouse's/school together with the spouse's passport and the marriage certificate.
A confirmed return ticket to France or a confirmation from a travel agent showing proof of payment (no open ticket/no itinerary).
A proof of accomodation in France - a confirmation of hotel reservation.
A bank statement (less than one month old) showing a minimum balance of £30 per day spent in France or travellers cheques

Business visa

Passport/s		valid for minimum of SIX months beyond intended stay and containing at least TWO facing blank pages.

		Service charges allow for up to two consular visits per application. Certain applications require further visits beyond our culpability. Notes ~ ~Visa World are possibly the greatest passport and visa processing agents in the whole wide world. Honest, they are!

(1)		After deducting our unique discounts for additional travellers of up to 75% off. We are the only service that saves you money by reducing charges for additional travellers.
(2)		This is to allow for the additional administration involved due to the pre-arranging, pre-notification, pre-preparation and/or special presentation that is required by certain embassies. As we are able to pass on the benefit of savings made when processing additional applications at the same time, the supplement reduces in order to provide the same discounts (25%, 50%, 75% off, etc.) that we normally give to each additional traveller.
(3)		Applicable when each application, or a processing part of each application, incurs the same additional costs.
(4)		This is a one-off charge to allow for the waiting time that will inevitably be incurred due to the excessive queues that prevail at certain embassies. Unlike most of our competitors we do not require each traveller to pay more. We charge only the one supplement per embassy, irrespective of the total number of applications that are being made and submitted at the same time. We do not charge more for every application, each traveller or per passport.
(5)		At certain embassies the scheduled opening times for lodgement and collection are unreliable and inconsistent as they only open when they are ready and at some, the scheduled time window for collections is problematic to guarantee to meet most dispatch and postal cut-off times. On certain occasions it is therefore necessary and/or prudent to assign a Dedicated Courier to lodge and/or collect applications to avoid our Scheduled Courier the possible dilemma of having to abandon the wait and abort the mission in favour of other scheduled assignments. If not required and/or your travel date is not urgent or imminent, please adjust your payment accordingly.
(6)		Recommended for safer return of your passport/s and documents to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day. If you require ‘Special Delivery by 9.00am’, ‘Saturday Delivery’ and/or ‘Royal Mail Consequential Loss Insurance’, please see Royal Mail Special Delivery and adjust your payment accordingly.
(7)		The most usual fee has been stated. If another fee is relevant, please adjust your payment accordingly.
(8)		Please make all payments to "Visa World" and not to the embassy. They will not accept your cheque.
