Our standard Service Charge Price List already gives
25% off each for the 2nd & 3rd traveller,
50% off each for the 4th, 5th & 6th traveller and
75% off each for the 7th & additional travellers

Therefore, whilst this extra discount applies to
every order it is only applicable to the first traveller.

We regret that we are unable to extend the discount to include
embassy fees, official fees, *ETA type visas, supplements or dispatch costs
and *we will not be able to apply discounts to orders originating
over the telephone, by post or at our shop counter.

To qualify for this additional 25% discount your order must initiate via our
'On-Line Order Form' below.

On the day your order is received (if during UK office hours)
we will telephone you or e-mail you to provide you with
a Job No. for reference and tracking purposes.

Please quote this Job No. on every communication
(preferably at the bottom left corner of the envelope)
and especially when sending documents to us.
You may send documents to us via any method you prefer.

Failure to quote the Job No. reference will cause delay
and may result in us taking payment from your charge card
twice in error which will in turn incur extra costs.

We will, of course, telephone you or e-mail you (on the day) should there
be any query regarding your order, your application or your documents.
We are confident that you will not be able to find a more diligent or faster service.

You can order with confidence as we guarantee that if we are
unable to process your application, no charge will be made.
We will confirm this by e-mail and briefly explain the
criteria that prevents us from assisting you on this occasion.
