How to Order

1. The following documents are required:
    
   iivi)  A fully completed (as appropriate) Passport application form
             obtainable from Visa World or from most main post offices;
   ivii)  Two photographs (which must comply with the new passport office criteria);
   viii)  Supporting documents (if or as necessary);
             Visa World can obtain a Certified Copy of your Birth or Marriage Certificate
             and advise on the content required for a supporting letter (if required);
   iiiv)  Our Authority to Collect letter as required by the passport office;
   iiiv)  Our Order Form which helps us to give you a good service.
   
   Please send all of the above to  Passport Dept.

   (a)  the relevant passport fee;
   (b)  our service charge; and
   (c)  the dispatch required.
2. For urgent orders, we recommend that you provide the applicant's biographic details
   and your firm order one day in advance in order to schedule the application into our appointment slots.
   
   Please complete our Order Form giving the applicant's full name and date of birth and     fax it to us with your card details or you may telephone us if you prefer.  At busy times, appointment slots are filled very quickly and it is not always possible to slip another one in.
3. If required, Visa World can obtain a Certified Copy of your Birth or Marriage Certificate.
4. If needed, Visa World can advise you on the criteria and the necessary requirements to obtain a ‘Second Passport’.
5. For same day passports (when available), please add 4 hours to allow for waiting time plus a dedicated courier (if necessary), to our standard service charge.

6. We do not charge extra for 'next day' passports unless a dedicated courier is required.
7. Make all payments to “Visa World” and not to the Passport Office.

Details of Service

As Visa World are accredited agents for the London Passport Office, your application will be tracked and traceable from the moment it is received by Visa World, whilst it is being processed at the Passport Office and until you receive your completed order. (This maintains control, which is the basis of reliable delivery on time.)

Before submission, Visa World will check each application for presentation and minimum requirements and contact you personally on any query on the same day your order or application is received.

Your application will then be lodged (and collected) by hand at their special agency section in the London Passport Office.  A passport officer will then check it again before it is accepted.

Passport applications are not straightforward ~ which is why there are several information and instruction sheets in addition to at least  8 pages with 16 columns of notes that accompany each passport application form.

Visa World will avoid the unnecessary delays that are caused by submitting applications which are incomplete or where answers or back-up documents do not satisfy at least the minimum requirements.

They will save you any concern about the safety of sending off your old passport and/or your application for a new one and you will avoid the anxiety of having your important documents returned to you by ordinary second-class post and wondering when (and if) your new passport will arrive.

You will also save the considerable inconvenience of having to go yourself to apply for - and having to go again yourself to collect - your passport including:

~ arranging an appointment that suits you;
~ ~ having the right documents;
~ ~ ~ time out;
~ ~ ~ ~ travel and parking costs;
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ queuing to pass through very thorough ‘airport type’ security;
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ waiting time to lodge your application (yes, you still have to queue);
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ the same again on another day to collect (the queues are usually longer);
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ and above all, peace of mind.
