Urgent Orders

Urgent Orders are our speciality ~ because we love the challenge.
If it can be done in time ~ we will be able to do it.
If it cannot be done in time ~ we will tell you straight away.

Rule 1:	More haste, less speed.
Rule 2:	You have to accept our Terms & Conditions of Trade. Please read our Terms & Conditions before placing your order.
Rule 3:	You can order with confidence as we guarantee that if we are unable to process your application, no charge will be made.
Rule 4:	For best speed, follow our established procedure. It works best.
Rule 5:	We require a deposit to start the order process and before we can discuss logistics or give advice and information. However, we repeat our guarantee that if we cannot process your application, no charge will be made.
Rule 6:	We do not charge extra for urgent orders.
Rule 7:	Complete and send our Order Form (preferably by fax) and write “URGENT” in the space above ‘Name of Traveller’. Your card details must be completed for payment but we repeat our guarantee that if we are unable to process your application, we will not charge.
Rule 8:	After you have faxed the details of your order, wait for fifteen minutes (to give us the opportunity to research the criteria and logistics) and then telephone us so that we can advise you on the most expedient way to proceed and answer any queries that you may have.
Rule 9:	If you are unable to fax, we will require a deposit by credit or debit card before we can give advice or information or proceed with a telephone order. Before you telephone us, please have your card details available as well as the information asked for on our order form. Please state that you wish to place an “URGENT ORDER”. We can then prepare to cover, on this initial discussion; all of the essential criteria that we feel is important and that you should be alerted to at this stage.

You would normally have to make your own enquiries on the likelihood of whether or not it might be done in time if you were to apply in person. If we know for sure that there is a possibility ~ we will tell you.

If you are planning to apply in person and would like us to offer you some tips and advice on how you should go about it and how to present your application or advise you of the documents and other requirements likely to be needed, our minimum service charge would apply.
