| Passport | Valid for a minimum of six months beyond intended stay and have at least two blank pages. |
| Twelve months validity may be required if you are applying for a 12 month multiple entry visa. | |
| We can process routine or urgent Same Day Passport applications directly at Her Majesty's Passport Office. | |
| Forms | 2 x application form per traveller. Please read these Important notes |
| Photo | 2 x passport size photos |
| Other Documents | |
| Return Air Ticket | 1 x copy of ticket |
| Accommodation bookings | 1 x copy as proof of accommodation bookings |
| Host Details | Name, address and details of your host. |
| Financial details | Evidence of funds during your stay (recent bank statement, etc) |
